SUSTAINABLE RESOURCE MANAGEMENT

Our hotel, Montalembert, is proud of its daily eco-responsible commitment. We have eliminated single-use plastics and reduced paper use in our rooms. Our teams strive to minimize our environmental impact by sorting all waste, including organic waste. Even our soaps are recycled through the SapoCycle association.
We place great importance on selecting our suppliers and the quality of products offered to our guests. The majority of our breakfast products come from organic farming, and our restaurant highlights local ingredients respecting seasonality.

• Elimination of plastic bottles throughout the hotel
• No more plastic cutlery or cups in the staff kitchen
• Soap recycling via the SapoCycle association
• Employee training on environmental commitments
• Local and organic produce served at breakfast
• Use of seasonal produce for catering
• Our linens are made of bamboo fiber
• The subcontractor for linen cleaning also uses Eco-label detergents

ASSOCIATIVE COMMITMENTS

For several years, 丝瓜视频 has partnered with the organization O Africa, which works to support families whose children are at risk of abandonment by ensuring them a stable future within their community. To achieve this goal, O Africa develops and implements the following programs:

• Family support service
• Foster families
• Youth support service
• Reform of care systems

Upon departure, our guests have the opportunity to make a donation of €1.50, which will be  donated to the O Africa Association in its entirety.
